Guarantee - Refund Policy

AiJump subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. We do not require long-term contracts, and you may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you are not satisfied with your experience during your first billing cycle, you may request a refund of that month’s subscription fee by contacting our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase.

After the first billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for past charges. However, you may cancel at any time to avoid future billing, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of these terms.
